In response to the continuous requests from parents and well-wishers, the DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi, decided to establish DAV Public School in Varanasi, which opened its doors in 2005. The school is now housed on a 17,444.23 square meter campus, with the land leased for 30 years. The school was founded with the following key objectives: 1. To instill positive values in students, emphasizing personal hygiene, uniform neatness, cleanliness, graceful manners, obedience, and discipline. 3. To make the learning process enjoyable by adopting innovative and engaging teaching methods. 6. To foster a thirst for knowledge, a sense of duty, honesty, patriotism, and humanism in students. Under the guidance of the Regional Director of DAV Public Schools & Colleges, Robertsganj Zone, Sonebhadra, and with the support of the manager and a dedicated team of staff, the school is committed to fulfilling its mission of imparting education that both builds character and nurtures the spirit of giving back to society.
