Valley View School is an English-medium, co-educational institution affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi. The school offers classes from Nursery to Standard Twelve (Plus Two). True to its name, Valley View School is situated in a picturesque valley-like landscape, surrounded by lush greenery and a pollution-free environment, providing a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in TRF Nagar, Telco. Founded in June 1989, Valley View School operates under the auspices of the Jamshedpur Education Trust, which includes members from TRF Ltd. (a Tata Enterprise), educationists, and prominent citizens of the city. The schools educational program prepares students for the AISSE (Class 10) and AISSCE (Class 12) exams conducted by CBSE. With over 2,200 students and a dedicated teaching faculty of 75, the school offers a liberal, transparent, unbiased, and nurturing educational environment that encourages both boys and girls to become socially responsible, morally upright, diligent, and self-reliant individuals, capable of contributing positively to society and the nation. Valley View School has earned the distinction of being named a CBSE New Generation School by the Board. It was the first CBSE school in Jamshedpur to introduce an additional vocational subject—Information Technology—under the pilot NSQF scheme initiated by CBSE. The leadership at the school was also recognized with the CBSE Principals Award in 2011, acknowledging the principal’s outstanding contributions to education.
