National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal, established in 1965 by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, is a premier institution dedicated to training technical teachers and enhancing the quality of technical education. The institute has developed expertise in emerging technology competencies, subject development, classroom and laboratory learning, industry–institute internships, personality and entrepreneurship development, examination reforms, student assessment, instructional resource creation, video production, and educational project management. Upgraded by the Government of India in 2003, NITTTR Bhopal expanded its mandate to function as a national-level resource center.
