IES Institute of Pharmacy has a total and diverse student strength of 394 students and total faculty member strength of 32,maintaining maximum student faculty ratio which assure the institute�s focus on small group teachings and providing quality education. The institute offers two pharmacy courses and it is open for diploma and degree having the particular stream. IES Institute of Pharmacy has many facilities that are intended to help facilitate the learning and development of the students. The well furnished library and reading room works as a thinking capital where students get the various literature and research Pharmaceutical books. For practical training, the college provides large and well-equipped laboratory facilities for training the students in the required field of specialised sciences. Technological development is also given importance with a computer laboratory equipped with fifty computers in the latest configuration preparing the students of the institute for the technological part of the of the pharmaceutical enterprise. IES Institute of Pharmacy provides two complete courses in the faculty of pharmacy. It is a four-year full-time course for 100 student intake for Bachelor of Pharmacy programme (B.Pharma) and Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) programme which is a two-year full time programme for 60 students. These programmes are intended to produce students with right pharmaceutical knowledge and skills that will enable them to practice with success in all the sectors within the pharmacy profession. The overall number of students that is taught in both the courses is two hundred and sixty which show the institute is familiar with the current market demands and offers quality courses while at the same time expanding the intakes for the course to meet the demand for qualified pharmacists. The admission policy in the IES Institute of Pharmacy is to makes sure that all students who would like to pursue the pharmaceutical career get a chance to do so.
