St Peters Institute of Higher Education and Research SPIHER is a deemed to be university established in 2008 under Section 3 of the UGC Act. It evolved from St Peters Engineering College founded in 1993. SPIHER offers a wide range of undergraduate postgraduate and doctoral programs in engineering science management architecture and humanities.
